Our Kentucky 4 summer house wcreates a great space to get outside, relax and unwind. It won't take up too much of your garden, but it will make your garden a more pleasant place to spend time. Whether that's taking a siesta out of the wind, doing a Sudoku or crossword, or sharing cupcakes and gossip with a friend. With 28mm thick timber, there's lots of protection from wind and rain. The large fully-glazed double doors and double windows allow you to enjoy every last minute of daylight or sunlight. We suggest you also finish this timber summer house with our attractive roof shingles. The Kentucky 4 summer house is designed for the corner of a garden, so it maximises the space available. The Kentucky 4 is a traditionally designed Log Pavilion with cylinder locking corner entry double door, windows and canopy porch which can be positioned on either side according to choice. Real 4mm glazing is used throughout. The walls are 28mm tongue and groove construction and there is a 19mm tongue and groove internal floor and a 16mm tongue and groove roof with option of a shingles covering. The double door has a low threshold door sill with stainless steel protective capping and laminated frame. The cabin is supplied unfinished and can be stained or painted in any colour to suit. It has a manufacturer’s 5-year guarantee.

Please note: We recommend an extractor is fitted to the inside of your cabin if you are considering using the cabin to house a hot tub. We also recommend that the inside of the cabin is protected with a waterproof coating to stop the formation of mildew. Please consider whether the roof beams enable enough clearance for the cover to be removed from your hot tub. If you are fitting a hot tub, please consider there is enough room around the sides and rear of cabin for a cover lifter so you can remove and store the hot tub's lid. Also, that the any steps provided fit around the hot tub.

- We will need a level, paved/concrete pad where the cabin is to sited.
- We will expect reasonable access enabling us to manually transport all of the building's materials to your preferred site.
